The Dutch Mountains: agreement signed with Eindhoven Municipality

At the Provada, the biggest Dutch real estate exhibition, the agreement on The Dutch Mountains was signed by the municipality of Eindhoven and 'The Mountains Corporation'. The parties have agreed to develop the building within the Internationale Knoop XL, the newly to be developed area around the Eindhoven railway. The Dutch Mountains have a central location in this area in between the railway station and the campus of Eindhoven University on the Dorgelolaan.
Within the building an 'interactive environment' is created, in which working, staying, learning, meeting and relaxing take place interchangeably.
The project consists of housing, short-stay apartments, a hotel, offices, spaces for co-working, a business center and facilities such as hospitality and wellness. The two towers are connected to a collective space in the form of a winter garden. The Dutch Mountains also make the connection between the city center and the TU / e Campus. Among other things through a more accessible underpass below the railway tracks at the Dommel river.
The Dutch Mountains are developed by The Mountains Corporation, a joint initiative of Studio Marco Vermeulen, Bloc and Urban Xchange.
